Tomorrow (11th April 2018) Marina will sing her final concert as Artist in Residence for the Münchner Rundfunkorchester at the prestigious Prinzregententheater in Munich. The programme conducted by German conductor Michael Balke will feature French opera arias by Gounod, Massenet and Bizet.

Today Marina Rebeka makes her house debut at the Opéra de Monaco as Marguerite in the new production of Goundod’s Faust. The cast includes Joseph Calleja as Faust and Paul Gay as Méphistophélès under the baton of Maestro Laurent Campellone. The production by Nicolas Joël will be performed on 23rd, 25th, 27th and 29th March 2018 at the Operahouse in Monte-Carlo.

After her widely successful five performances of La Traviata at the Opéra National de Paris, Marina Rebeka will now also sing the remaining three performances after the cancellations of Anna Netrebko. She will share the stage with Charles Castronovo as Alfredo and Placido Domingo as Giorgio Germont under the lead of Maestro Dan Ettinger. All performances at Opéra Bastille are sold out.

Marina Rebeka will make her debut at L’Opéra National de Paris (Opéra Bastille) tonight 2nd February in one of her signature roles, Verdi’s Violetta in ‘La Traviata’ in a new production by Benoît Jacquot. Other cast members under the baton of Maestro Dan Ettinger are Rame Lahaj as Alfredo and Vitaliy Bilyy as Giorgio Germont.
After the premiere tonight Marina Rebeka will sing performances on 5th, 8th, 11th and 17th February before Anna Netrebko takes over the rest of the performances.

Today Marina Rebeka makes her Russian debut at the prestigious Tchaikovsky Hall in Moscow with a sold out Recital featuring a wide range of repertoire including arias by Verdi, Wagner, Puccini and Tchaikovsky. She will perform with the Novaya Rossiya Symphony Orchestra under vibrant German conductor Michael Balke, who she has worked with before already on several occasions.

The starry cast also features tenor Matthew Polenzani as Nadir and baritone Mariusz Kwiecień as Zurga, with all performances conducted by Sir Andrew Davis. Zandra Rhodes’ vibrant sets and costumes, seen at several venues across the US, will set the stage for an unforgettable run of this spectacular piece.
